A.
We accept all major exchange file formats i.e.: EPS, AI, PDF, CDR, PS, PRN, JPG, TIF (production standards) etc. We do not print from native file formats. Your file preparation to a large extent determines the quality of your output and the cost of your job, so here are some guidelines to get your file to a "ready to print" state.
• When Preparing Files:
- Convert all fonts used in documents to curves/paths.
- Include / embed all linked graphics files.
- Flatten layers.
- Please include only files that are going to be printed.
- Please label files so they are identifiable.
•
When sending files include a low resolution jpeg to confirm file layout. (pdf files do not always provide an accurate representation)
•
For best color results, please provide a hard copy color proof, and - if you are trying to match to a PMS color, please provide a PMS color chip
• We do not guarantee the output of any prints run without a proof. Please specify all color matches, final output size, and finishing instructions on your proof.
• When sending files on CD / DVD etc. please send only copies of your
files, never the originals. Although we are extremely careful with
client files we cannot guarantee that they will be returned.
